Feb. 14 | 7 p.m. | Upper Room
Please consider joining us for an Ash Wednesday service in the Upper Room on February 14 at 7 p.m. Ash Wednesday is a service of contemplation and reflection. It begins the forty (forty-six including Sundays) days leading to Easter. Easter, the day we celebrate Christ’s victory over sin and death, is made all the more meaningful when we spend forty days contemplating our need for Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. Ash Wednesday and Lent are simple invitations to look fully into the darkness of our limitations and brokenness so that the light of Christ’s life might shine more brightly.
No women’s or men’s Bible studies that night.
