Join SAFE Ministry on Wednesday, August 31, 6:30–8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Room. Bring your dinner to fellowship first, and then we’ll write cards to encourage 41 caseworkers. We’ll also be stuffing goodie bags for each caseworker and sorting through donations. Anyone that has new or gently used items from the following list, are welcome to drop them off at the North entrance kiosk between now and August 31. Wish List: bottles, sippy cups, pacifiers, newborn onesies, newborn PJs, one stroller or wagon. We are also collecting nonperishable snacks for the kids while they are waiting for placement at the DFPS office and also for the caseworkers, who often skip meals due to the demands of their jobs.
